Sales Representative

Looking for a dynamic and passionate talent!

At Vanitec, a specialist in the design of bathroom and kitchen vanities, we enrich living spaces with exceptional products. Our presence extends through a network of retailers in Quebec and Ontario, and today we are looking to add a dynamic and committed B2B Sales Representative to our team.

Your mission:

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, you will become a pillar in the implementation of our sales and marketing strategy. Your contribution will be crucial to achieving our financial objectives, launching our new products and increasing our market reach.

You will be responsible for:

  • Planning and organizing trips to meet with our customers.

  • Selling and promoting our products and services to our existing and potential dealer network, including big box stores, contractors, designers, and real estate developers.

  • Participating in trade shows to represent Vanitec.

Your role will also include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers for effective communication, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing tailored advice and training on trends, styles, materials, and finishes.

  • Maintaining, retaining, and developing our dealer network through regular visits, ensuring the updating of price lists, samples, and catalogs, and ensuring the optimal presentation of our collections in the showroom.

  • Coordinating your work and customer orders with the customer service, accounting, sales management, and production teams.

Desired profile:

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally in the cabinetmaking, construction, renovation, or kitchen cabinet industry.

  • Passion for sales and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Autonomy, organization, and effective time management.

  • Team spirit and strong customer service skills.

  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written.

  • Valid driver's license and availability of a company car.

Requirements:

  • DEP in sales and counseling or equivalent training.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Knowledge of cabinet and woodworking manufacturing and bidding processes.

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite

  • Knowledge of computer tools such as AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, 2020, and SketchUp considered assets!

Compensation: $41,158.23 to $102,534.85 per year
